Faith and Reason

Over the years the definition of “faith” has changed. In the past, faith was defined as, “belief in the testimony of another.” Now in our modern-day society, the definition of faith has been misconstrued to, “belief in something without reasonable evidence.” Can faith in something be reasonable?

Is belief in a creator simply blind and unreasonable faith? It is often said that religious people have faith, whereas unreligious people have reason. This short documentary will show that faith and reason are not opposites, rather, “they are the closest of allies.”

This documentary was directed and produced by Reagan Elkins, Trinity’s music, youth, and media minister. It also features Pastor Billy Elkins.
